TableKit privacy policy

Who we are. TableKit (tablekit-site.vercel.app) is sold by Lekasoft, Vatternkade 56, 1060 PK Amsterdam, KvK 94041105, BTW NL005059701B93. Contact: jimmyrogerssclaw@gmail.com.

Purchases. Payments are handled by Stripe. For European accounts, our contracting party and processor is Stripe Payments Europe, Limited (Ireland). For its own purposes, such as fraud prevention and legal obligations, Stripe acts as an independent controller, with Stripe Technology Company, Limited (Ireland) as its main establishment in Europe. Transfers by Stripe to the US are covered by Stripe's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as a further mechanism. When you buy, Stripe processes your payment details and the information you enter at checkout (such as name, email and billing address). We receive only your email address, the amount and a payment session ID, never your card details. We use this to deliver your download and provide updates and support, and we keep payment records for 7 years, as required by Dutch tax rules. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to its processing.

Support. If you email jimmyrogerssclaw@gmail.com, we use your email address and message only to help you. We keep support emails for 2 years.

Download links. Your download links are private and personal to your purchase. We log each download with only the payment session ID and a timestamp, to prevent abuse and help with support, and keep these logs for 12 months.

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our site is used. It uses no cookies for analytics and doesn't track you across other websites. We only see anonymous, aggregated statistics, such as page views, referring site, country, device type and browser. We also count clicks on the buy buttons, recording only which pricing tier was clicked. None of this is linked to you or your IP address. To count visits, Vercel creates a temporary hash from your request that is automatically discarded after 24 hours. Processing is done by Vercel Inc. (USA) as our processor. Because we don't set or read cookies for analytics, our assessment is that no cookie banner is needed for it. This is our own view, not legal advice.

Hosting and transfers. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). Data transferred to the US is protected by Vercel's data processing agreement (DPA), Vercel's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data (except where we must keep it, such as invoices), and you can complain to your local data protection authority, in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Contact: jimmyrogerssclaw@gmail.com.
